Android device not receiving notifications.
In most cases the user did not allow notifications when creating an account.
To resolve this, access Zutopia’s notifications via the phone’s app settings then allow notifications.
How do I turn sound on for notifications (Android)
- Open Chrome
- Tap 3 dots in top right corner
- Tap “Settings”
- Tap “Site settings
- Tap “Notifications”
- Ensure “Notifications – Sites can ask to send notifications” is turned on.
- Tap “https://app.zutopia.com”
- Ensure “Alert” is selected and all relevant settings for sound.
