Nothing happens after choosing a username?

Several solutions have been found for this issue, please try the following solutions in order to resolve this issue:

Solution 1

1. In your Zucoins app, Tap the refresh button. This can be found in the top right hand corner, between the Zucoins logo and the setting button.

2. Once done, tap trade and follow the prompts to verify your wallet with Zutopia.


Solution 2

1. Close the Zutopia app.

2. Ensure you have a backup of ALL Zucoins wallets that contain Zucoins.

3. Install a new Zucoins wallet.

4. Restore the backup to this wallet – ensure your Zucoins have restored.

5. Delete the original Zucoins wallet

5. Open the new Zucoins wallet

6. Tap trade and start the verification process.


Solution 3

1. Close the Zutopia app.

2. Ensure you have a backup of ALL Zucoins wallets that contain Zucoins.

3. Delete the Zutopia app.

4. Clear ALL internet browser history

• Safari for iOS devices

• Chrome for Android devices

5. Install a new Zutopia app.

6. Install a another Zucoins wallet.

7. Open the new Zucoins wallet

8. Tap trade and start the verification process.

If solution 3 solves the issue, you will need to transfer your Zucoins from the original wallet to the new wallet.
To do a transfer between wallets, perform a normal Zucoins transfer, however this time simply past the code from the original wallet into the new Zucoins wallet.
