Payments vs Payouts
Payments
Payments refer to purchasing Zucoins from the Zutopia marketplace.
To buy Zucoins on Zutopia, you are required to attached a debit / credit card Zucoins.
Funds are pre-authorised prior to any transaction taking place – more on pre-authorising funds.
Payouts
Payouts refer to the transfer of funds from your Stripe account to your nominated bank account.
To sell Zucoins on Zutopia, you must create a Stripe account via the Zutopia app.
All payments from your sales are processed through this Stripe account.
During the Stripe sign-up process, you will be required to provide your bank details. Once payments are cleared in your Stripe account, the funds are transferred to your nominated bank account in the form of a payout.
