Transaction confirmed screen, stuck on “Funds have been pre-authorised”
The grey ticket not turning yellow is linked to the buyer in the transaction.
The second tick for “Funds have been pre-authorised” will not activate or allow the transaction to progress. This happens because your bank requires additional verification to approve the transaction.
To resolve this, check your banking app and complete any approval requests if prompted.
