Zutopia and Zucoins is showing a zero balance?
Primarily affecting Android devices, clearing your Chrome browser history may cause your Zucoins wallet and Zutopia app to show a zero balance – effectively resetting your Zucoins wallet and Zutopia app.
Restoring your Zucoins wallet
If this has happened, you will need to restore your Zucoins wallet backup, this will restore your wallet information and Zucoins.
Restoring your Zutopia account
Once you have restored your Zucoins wallet, you will need to restore your Zutopia account.
To do this tap the trade button within Zucoins and start the wallet verification process again.
