1. What is a P2P Marketplace?
A peer-to-peer or P2P marketplace is an online platform that connects people temporarily, allowing them to trade with each other. Zutopia never holds Zucoins or fiat currency.
2. Why does Zuptopia require my wallet address?
Zucoins wallet address holdings are checked before and after transfers to verify transactions.
Like Blockchain, anyone can look up a persons holdings via a blockchain browser, so long as they know the wallet address. Zucoins uses the Splitchain browser to perform these look-ups.
3. How long do listing stay active for?
Listings are available for trading only when you are active and responsive. If you don’t reply to a trade request, your listing will be deactivated until you reopen the app.
Accounts remain active for three hours at a time, with an option to renew listings in the final 15 minutes.
If you don’t renew, your listings will be temporarily hidden until you return. This ensures that only ready-to-trade users have active listings, reducing ignored trades and keeping listings fresh for a better user experience.
